By accessing or using the Tupasul online store (the "Site") to browse, purchase, or interact with any products, including tops, pants, and skirts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products. Tupasul reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Product Information and Availability

Tupasul strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability for tops, pants, and skirts are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that product colors, sizes, or details as displayed on your screen are entirely accurate due to variations in monitor settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock after an order is placed, Tupasul will notify you via email at [email protected] and may cancel the affected portion of the order with a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on Tupasul, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and Tupasul does not store or retain your payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product listings. Order confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Tupasul will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated timeframes provided on the Site. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 6. Refund Policy

Tupasul offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for all tops, pants, and skirts, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund, you must contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Tupasul error (e.g., incorrect item or defect).
Custom or final sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For defective or incorrect items, please provide photographic evidence and a description of the issue via email. Tupasul will cover return shipping costs for verified defects.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Tupasul Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site, is the exclusive property of Tupasul or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
