To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

How to Initiate a Refund
