Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This email is sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message with the subject line: "Your Tupasul Order Has Been Shipped." Your tracking number will be clearly displayed in this email, along with a brief confirmation of the items in your shipment.
Step 2: Choose a Tracking Method
You can track your package using one of the following reliable methods. We recommend using a third-party tracking service for the most comprehensive and real-time updates.
Option A: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service (Recommended)
For the most accurate and detailed tracking information, including multiple carrier updates and delivery status, we suggest using 17Track. This service supports a wide range of international carriers and is free to use.
How to use 17Track:
- Visit the 17Track website: https://www.17track.net .
- On the homepage, you will see a large search bar labeled "Enter tracking number."
- Copy your tracking number from the Tupasul shipping email and paste it into this search bar.
- Click the "Track" button (or press Enter).
- You will then see a detailed timeline of your package's journey, including origin scans, transit updates, customs clearance (if applicable), and the final delivery scan.
Other reliable alternatives include PackageRadar and AfterShip, which offer similar functionality.
Option B: Track via the Carrier's Official Website
If you prefer to use the carrier's own tracking portal, you can identify the shipping carrier from your tracking number prefix or the email from Tupasul. Common carriers we use include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. Simply visit the carrier's official website, locate their tracking section, and enter your tracking number.
Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status
While tracking, you may encounter the following common statuses. Here is what they mean:
- Order Processed / Label Created: Your package has been prepared and a shipping label has been generated. It is awaiting pickup by the carrier.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way and moving through the carrier's network.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local delivery driver and will be delivered today.
- Delivered: The package has been successfully delivered to your shipping address.
- Exception / Delay: There may be a temporary delay due to weather, customs, or other logistical issues. Please allow extra time or contact support for assistance.
